This industry recognized team provides a breadth of services to help clients develop a Customer First conversational strategy, operationalize and scale their solutions and ensure the privacy, security and trust of their customers.\u00a0 Solutions include virtual assistants, chatbots, intelligent messaging and voice enabled devices and IoT products.<\/p>\nCareer History<\/h4>\n
Matt has worked in technology and IT services for more than 30 years. Prior to his current role, he helped launch the Intelligent Automation practice in 2014 within Cognizant Digital Operations. \u00a0Later, in 2016 he started the Conversational AI practice<\/a>, now part of Cognizant AI.\u00a0 Previously, he launched and operated two professional services agencies. \u00a0In 2007 starting 3FORWARD<\/strong>, a company providing sales optimization and managed lead generation for IT services and BPO companies. \u00a0Later (in 2012) co-founding Virtual Operations<\/strong><\/a>, a company providing RPA (robotic process automation) advisory, deployments and software for BPOs and enterprise clients. \u00a0Roles preceding his startup ventures included alliance sales VP with BancTec<\/strong>, enterprise sales AVP at CompuCom<\/strong>, and client executive with Vanstar\/TRW<\/strong> and NYNEX Business Centers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I have served on the leadership board of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals for both the Tools and Technology chapter and the Robotic Process Automation chapter (the latter I have helped launch). I have been a member of the Marketing Automation Software Advisory Board, founder \/ co-chair of Dallas Social Media Breakfast and past chair of the Outsourcing Institute\u2019s Road Show Series.<\/p>\n When unplugged from the work world I spend every minute possible with my family. Our life is as fast-paced as everyone’s these days, but in our free time we play golf, squeeze in road trips to fun places near and far, hang out by the pool on hot days and watch our favorite shows together in the evenings. \u00a0My other loves are smoking BBQ, cold beer and college football.
