Take thirty minutes out of your day and have a little fun with this game. Make your list of who and what you would keep if you were starting a new sales organization for your company. When you’re done making your “Save” list take a real hard look at who and what you wouldn’t keep and ask yourself why it’s still part of your current sales organization.
